Due to COVID19 postage to New Zealand from Australia have increased. DHL, TNT/FedEx, and UPS have also recently imposed temporary additional surcharges. This is due to the weakened Australian Dollar and reduction of passenger flights, causing DHL’s operating expenses to surge as they deploy their own fleet (freighters).
They have also advised at least 15 business days delivery delay. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. We will go through this TOGETHER!
